I am conducting a thesis untitled "Réclamer au gouvernement, répondre au requérant : le fonctionnaire d’état au cœur des processus d’institution et de reconfiguration des normes légales et morales. Éclairage sur le fonctionnement de l’administration centrale et de l’interministérialité en République de Chine (Taïwan).".
